Crank Peach & Co offers unrivalled A6 Corridor coverage from Stockport to The High Peak, now with four prominently situated offices providing the full range of estate agency and financial services. The firm opened its first branch in June 2003 in the Cheshire commuter village of Disley and due to its success and through popular demand, opened its second branch in the High Peak village of Whaley Bridge, just one year later in June 2006.

Following the acquisition of highly regarded and long established Simon Elton Estates in December 2006, newly refurbished premises were opened in Hazel Grove and then in January 2007 the fourth branch in High Lane was officially opened. This branch provides a vital geographical link between the Disley and Hazel Grove offices.

Conscious of the significant movement up and down the A6, the partners have established a small independent estate agency and financial services chain, operating in some of the most affluent commuter areas in Greater Manchester; indeed The High Peak has seen some of the highest growth in prices over the last 10 years in the whole of the UK.

The Crank Peach name has been synonymous with quality service and presentation, unrivalled by its large chain competitors, many of whom are corporately owned and run. The two partners, Paul Crank FNAEA AIPP and Alex Peach take great pride in the growth of their business and prefer the independence they have to drive the business forward on the principles of high standard customer care and a flexible approach to marketing to ensure that their clients always receive the best opportunities to sell.
